LabourBook aims to provide reliable service booking between customers and service professionals. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled when using our platform.

1. Booking Cancellation

Users may cancel a service booking under the following conditions:

Before Service Provider Assignment

If the booking is cancelled before a service provider is assigned, the cancellation is free of charge.

After Service Provider Assignment

If the booking is cancelled after the provider has accepted the job, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the service type and provider travel status.

After Provider Arrival

If the service provider has already arrived at the service location and the booking is cancelled, the full service charge or minimum visit charge may apply.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment made by the customer
• Payment deducted but service not provided
• Booking cancelled before provider assignment
• Technical error in the payment system

Refunds are not guaranteed for completed services unless approved after investigation.

3. Refund Process

If a refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be issued through the original payment method

Depending on the bank or payment gateway, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided if:

• The service has already been completed
• The issue is caused by incorrect information provided by the customer
• Cancellation occurs after the provider has started the service

Each case may be reviewed individually.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you experience issues with a service or payment, please contact LabourBook support with:

• Booking ID
• Payment details
• Description of the issue

Our support team will review the case and respond as soon as possible.

6. Changes to This Policy

LabourBook reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on www.labourbook.com.
